There is a old proverb, “You can take horse to water but you can not make it drink.”
I took me a long time to get the meaning. And it took longer to find out that, how to make your horse drink. The answer is simple, Ride the horse for long time, and forget about it’s drinking. It will drink when ever it gets water.

Rewriting “About me” Once again
Let, there is two kind of people in this world. Kind A and B. A try work hard to make the world better place, they enjoy what they are doing, most of the time they really don’t care about their own life. In fact most of the time, their life sucks. but they enjoy living it and enjoy make a change everyday.
One the other hand, kind B needs good sleep and lot of stuff for enjoyment. They know “how to enjoy the evening / break.” They don’t want to enjoy their work. A working day in not the enjoyable for them. They just want to finish it anyway.
Freedom, gives A to re-write his destiny, on the other hand B makes abuses freedom to spoil his life. I don’t wanna be a B anymore, I want to be an A.
Posts at my blog
There more than 30posts which are not published for long time. there are some nice posted which are not published. Tonight after Sahari, I have planned I am going to publish all them. But I found one of the most beautiful stories of my life is not ready to post yet. I have break it down in more than one post and make them separate post keep it interesting and finish the story.
I am not writing anything for long long time.Right now, I am working hard with 10 young people, to build a game company. Working with young them gives me a great energy, and joy every day to work forward. “Here I am – this is me, There’s no where else on earth I’d rather be”
Right now, I am enjoying my life the most. Everyday is better then yesterday. I should write a lot about it.

Text books and us
Our Schools text books were full of magic.Magic means not telling the full story. Not making the case clear like 2 + 2 = 4. It more like, “Question number 44. has the answer -1. now, You have make your answer -1.”
Text books are not written for the student as the target audience. A magician (Teacher / Guide ) has to show the magic to understand the content.[[ Counter Point: "Books are well written. Students always need a guide to clarify the context of a text." My defense : "Have you written a well written story book? Does it make you think ? Does it open at-least one new windows in your mind ? Do you need a Guide to read it ?"]] Students don’t have any clue about the context of the text. These books does not make students think. This books does not making us confident to believe that we can solve our own problems by using the information they just learned.
I have plan to re-write some books and make some applications for students. I have to do it, for a better and confident new generation who learn anything just use them anywhere.
Living 100 more years
In this world, I want live more than 100 years. I want be part of this world, after my death. I want my life’s work will be something that will be remembered by the worlds future generation. I want my country become proud about my work after my death. This is my alarm clock in the morning, who wakes me up. I go to my work, with that simple reminder. That simple thing is driving me forward.
The other side of the interview table
In my life, I have faced only 1 job interview. It was Internship interview at Boarding Vista. Interview was good, but result was not. After that, I joined Blueliner Bangladesh without any job interview.
[ In Bangladesh, Getting a job is not so easy. Allah was with me and I am grateful to him. (Miraz vai, was the person who recommended me. May Allah always be with him. ) ]
What I Look for?
1. Communication Skill (Talking / Understanding / Explaining )
2. Assessment Skill / Common Sense / Honesty / level of responsibility
3. Decision making ability
4. Technical Skill
What I hate ?
1. Poor Communication Skill (talking / understanding / explaining )
a. Unnecessary historical background (Naming someone great)
b. Not answering to the point.
c. Avoiding any question with an excuse (most common sounds like: “after 8 hours of office ….. “ )
2.Assessment Skill / Common Sense / Honesty / level of responsibility
a. Lack of 100% Honesty
b. jugglery of keywords
c. complaining the university education
3. Poor Decision making ability
a. confusion
b. Bad use of education
4. Technical Skill
a. logic building ability
b. problem solving approach
c. How much clear vision on project / topic
—> There is a very big difference between syntax (writing code) and logic building.
Job Interview Tips (SMS)
In my life I have faced only one job interview. I have taken 200+ interview of others.
My sister was going for her first job interview, I send her this SMS:
1. Have some extra energy.
2. Stay focused,
3. Show interest,
4. Be positive.
5.Talk slow(it’ll give you time to think),
