It’s mathematically impossible, but we have done it politically.
In 17 students there is a two choice voting. highest number of vote will win.
But if total vote is less than 70% of total student, election will not count.
Default choice is A.
Result :
9 votes were counted.
9 voted for B.
8 were not voted.
Counted vote is 100% on option B.
but 70% of 17 is 12.
Without 12 total votes cast, option B can not win.
So, 8 is greater then 9.
We just make it sure that 6 of us are not voting.
